I recently swapped from 1&1 Internet to RackSpace for my professional web hosting needs – a decision I do not regret.
Today – RackSpace’s Control Panel went down… I was in the middle of setting up the DB for Denver SEO Jobs when I realized I couldn’t access the CP to create the Database I needed…
I then decided to hit Google with “RackSapce Twitter” and found Google’s “Real-Time Results,” and noticed they were having some issues – REAL TIME! I also at the time rocked a Tweet to @ and got an answer within minutes giving me back at least 20 mins of my life I would have wasted on hold with other hosting providers.
