Richard, Richard Richard – your website is very spammy. One of my pet peves is running accross reckless attempts for quick organic / natural rankings which Richard Wise’s website http://contractors.part.to is all about.
Let’s dig into http://contractors.part.to and find out what specific tactics Richard Wise & Associates is using that is spammy or unethical so you know what to avoid.
A: This doesn’t have to do with SEO (expect for minor keyword stuffing), but its very cheesey and a poor attempt to stuff some keywords in, “Denver contractors is the official guide for reputable contractors, construction companies…” what’s it the official guide for… the local kindergarten?
B: Typically when you SEO a website you try to stick to a theme right? For an example – if your website is about Conractors, keep it to that. Why is there a ESPN link in the website???
C: Here is where the spam begins – Custom Hot Rods…? This is an obvious give-a-way that this guy doesn’t really know anything about SEO (playing dumb) or he is an obvious black hat spammer… wait.. there’s lots more.
D: Again more link spam… Trucking, Commercial Real Estate, Auto Fleet Service?
E: And more link spam – BMW Dealers, Mercedes etc…
F: And more link spam, Ford Dealers etc…
So what exactly is Richard Wise trying to accomplish? It’s simple – he is trying to scatter keywords around his pages by pushing Anchor Text. Not another big secret to SEO, how you link to someone tells Google more about that page or site. For an example, Richard is linking to a page with link text that says “Used BMW Denver” that basically takes that keyword and pushes into that webpage. So what’s the big deal?
It’s a big link farm! Irrelevant text and links is a no, no – Google will catch to Mr. Wise soon enough.
Richard, I would like your feedback. I am sure you are aware of what your doing. This isn’t an attempt to hinder any of your business, I just like to see ethical SEO tactics and what your currently doing is not that. Do you have plans to clean things up?
